Booking Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment

Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduled with adequate notice

The remaining balance is due on the day of your casting session
Rescheduling

48+ hours notice: Appointments can be rescheduled once at no additional cost

24-48 hours notice: £25 rebooking fee applies

Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook
Special Circumstances

Baby castings: We understand that babies can be unpredictable. If your baby is unwell, we offer one free reschedule with any notice

Memorial castings: Given the sensitive nature of these appointments, our cancellation policy is flexible and handled with understanding

Covid-related cancellations: Free rescheduling is available with proof of positive test
No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit

Future bookings will require payment in full at time of booking

72 hours notice required for changes or cancellations
